We are based in Brabham and work across Perth and Western Australia, on site where it is needed. For website, app and AI work, we take clients anywhere in Australia — that work is done remotely regardless of where you are.

Both. A one-page website for a sole trader and a multi-tenant SaaS platform get the same process: a conversation, a written scope, a fixed price. The scope changes, the approach does not.

Project work is quoted as a fixed price after a free consultation, so you know the number before anything starts. If the scope changes mid-project, we tell you before we do the work, not after. Ongoing support is quoted separately as a monthly arrangement.

Usually, yes. We will look at what exists first and tell you honestly whether it is worth keeping, improving or replacing — including when the honest answer is that what you have is fine and you do not need us yet.

An AI agent is software that handles a repetitive task end to end rather than just answering a question — responding to enquiries, qualifying leads, pulling information together for a quote, chasing the follow-up nobody got to. Whether it is worth it depends on how much of your week goes into a task that follows the same pattern every time. That is the first thing we work out together, before anyone builds anything.

You do. The code, the domain and the hosting account are yours, and you can take them elsewhere whenever you like. We would rather keep clients because they want to stay.
